Potential Fraud

Tis the season – and unfortunately that can open you, our customers, up for potential fraud.

We have received calls from customers stating they are receiving calls that their MasterCard has been deactivated and to reactivate please verify your account number.

Calls such as these are not being initiated from the bank.  Personal information including account numbers should never be given out to others.  We have the information and will not ask for it if we call you.

If you should ever have any concerns about a call asking for this type of information please call your local branch before giving out the information.
